Plan coverage around your clinicians
Explore remote appointments for satellite clinics and locations where an audiologist is not always on site. Staffing, workflow, and scheduling stay under your clinic’s control.
Developed for clinics that want a remote audiologist working in their familiar equipment software, with an on-site assistant supporting the patient.
Build remote coverage around your clinic’s equipment choices. Our goal is compatibility across major computer-connected audiometer brands, verified model by model.
Coming soon. Initial integrations targeted for winter 2026:
Auditdata Measure, Inventis, plus PATH Medical OAE and tympanometry.

Staffing a satellite location shouldn’t start with changing every piece of equipment. Hearing Link Pro is being built for teams sharing audiologists across locations and clinics exploring assisted remote appointments.
The clinician works remotely. Your assistant prepares the patient, manages the local setup, and stays available throughout the appointment.

The clinician works in the clinic’s shared equipment application. We review your exact model and software before confirming compatibility.
Prepare the station, invite the clinician, and admit them to the session. The assistant can take equipment control back when needed.
During an assisted appointment, the clinician joins by video while your team supports the patient at the clinic. The patient preview helps the assistant keep track of what is being shared.
Follow an assisted session from clinician invitation to shared testing and session end.
Staged demonstration of the actual software. People and patient details are fictional; equipment and test traces are simulated. No clinical measurements are demonstrated. Download the video.

We’re developing Hearing Link Pro to support audiometry, tympanometry, OAE, real-ear measurement, and video otoscopy through compatible clinic equipment and software.
Remote access to the clinic’s audiometer workspace.
Connected middle-ear testing workflows.
Remote access to otoacoustic emissions testing.
Real-ear measurement workflows on compatible systems.
A shared view from compatible video otoscopes.
These are planned capabilities, not a statement that every workflow is available today. REM and video otoscopy release dates are still to be confirmed. Each workflow requires compatible equipment, clinical verification, and an on-site assistant for physical tasks.
Noah is developed and supported by HIMSA, the Hearing Instrument Manufacturers’ Software Association. We plan to offer Noah compatibility to fit the way hearing-care teams already work.
Integration scope, supported Noah versions, and availability will be confirmed after development and testing. Hearing Link Pro is not currently presented as a HIMSA-certified Noah module or management system.
Open the Windows clinic app and equipment software. Check cameras, microphones, patient display, and the approved clinical audio setup.
The clinician signs in through a browser. The assistant confirms who is waiting and admits them to the session.
See and speak with the clinic while controlling the shared equipment application. The on-site assistant handles physical tasks and can take control back.
Our goal is to work with any major computer-connected audiometer. Support will be confirmed for each model, software version, and clinical audio configuration before release.
Planned first audiometry integration, connecting the remote clinician with the clinic’s familiar Measure workspace. Clinical setup verification remains part of release preparation.
Target launch · Winter 2026OAE and tympanometry integrations are planned alongside the initial launch, including the Sentiero Desktop workflow. Final supported configurations will be confirmed before release.
Planned compatibility with selected Inventis equipment, starting with Piccolo Plus and the Maestro workspace. Additional models will follow equipment-specific verification.
Ask about your equipment ↗We plan to expand compatibility to selected equipment and software across these product families. Supported models and workflows will be announced after verification.
Launch dates are targets, subject to verification. Manufacturer names and logos identify planned integrations. Hearing Link Pro is independent and is not presented as sponsored or endorsed by these manufacturers.
Start with a software walkthrough and an equipment review. We’ll use your clinic’s requirements to define a pilot scope and identify what still needs testing.
Review the software and your equipment first. Enrollment and billing will begin only under agreed launch terms.
Discuss my clinic ↗Planned software subscription, subject to final terms. Hardware, calibration, and clinical staffing are separate. We’ll confirm onboarding, support, and any setup costs before enrollment. Billing is not active.
Manufacturer-independent compatibility is the goal. Initial integrations target Auditdata Measure and PATH Medical OAE / tympanometry for winter 2026, with selected Inventis integration also targeted for 2026. Natus, Otometrics, ICS, Bio-logic, and Madsen are planned for early 2027. Tell us your exact model and software version; we will confirm compatibility after verification.
An on-site assistant prepares the patient and equipment and handles physical tasks while the clinician joins remotely. This workflow is intended for an assisted clinic appointment.
The clinic station runs the Windows app. The clinician joins through a browser and uses their own Hearing Link Pro account. A Mac browser has passed development connection tests; final supported browser and operating-system requirements will be confirmed for launch.
Hearing Link Pro shares the equipment workspace and provides conversation audio. The pilot review must separately verify clinical stimulus delivery, TalkOver routing, calibration, and the complete equipment configuration before patient use.
The current app uses individual accounts, session invitations, and assistant-controlled admission. We will review the clinic’s IT and patient-data requirements before a pilot. We are not claiming HIPAA compliance or a completed hospital security review.
Reconnection has passed development bench testing across separate networks. The clinic station must stay online, and an invitation applies to its current session. Your pilot needs a local contingency plan and network testing before patient appointments.
Yes, these are planned parts of the roadmap. REM and video otoscopy depend on compatible clinical equipment and workflow verification. Noah compatibility is planned; its release date, supported versions, and integration scope have not yet been confirmed.
Initial integrations are targeted for winter 2026. You can request a software walkthrough and equipment review now. Availability depends on completed verification and the agreed scope of your clinic’s pilot.
